稻田节肢动物群落多样性指数与稻飞虱发生量的线性相关分析

Linear Correlation between Arthropod Community Diversity Index and Population of Rice Planthoppers in Paddy Fields

摘要: 为明确稻田节肢动物群落多样性指数在控制害虫中的作用,本研究以水稻重要害虫稻飞虱为例,运用线性相关分析法,分别对扫网法、吸虫器法和目测法3种调查取样方法下有机稻田和化防稻田中稻飞虱动态发生量与群落多样性指数动态值进行了线性相关分析.研究结果表明连续2年3种调查取样方法下,其中2010年扫网和2011年目测取样法下有机稻田节肢动物群落多样性指数与稻飞虱发生量呈显著负相关,相关值分别为-0.8506和-0.8638.化防稻田中群落多样性指数与稻飞虱发生量不具有相关性.本研究认为群落多样性的高低是控制稻飞虱发生量的重要因素之一.

Abstract: In order to understand the role of arthropod community's diversity in the management of insect pests, population size of rice planthoppers was correlated to diversity index (H). The population size of rice planthoppers was linearly correlated to diversity index (H) for organic and chemical control paddy fields, with arthropods collected by three methods, sweep net, sucking machine and visual observations. Negative correlation coefficient (r) between diversity index (H) and planthopper population was found for organic paddy fields, significant for sweep net (r=-0.8506) and visual observation (r=-0.8638) sampling methods. Although similar results were recorded for chemical control paddy fields, the correlations were not significant. The results described herein show that the arthropod diversity index can to some extent indicate the population size of rice planthoppers.
